HVAC

The manufacturing area is 70% air conditioned by (1) 500-ton and (1) 800-ton Trane Water Chiller. The heat in the manufacturing area is supplied by ceiling suspended, forced-fan 180,000btu Modine gas space heaters.

Male 4 stools, 2 urinals, and (2) 180 degree Bradley stainless steel lavatories.Female 7 stools, and (2) 180 degree Bradley stainless steel lavatories.

400 Watt high-pressure sodium lighting.

Supplied by Tombigbee Electric & Power Association through TVA via 480/277, 3-phase, 4-wire via (1) 1000 KVA ground-mounted transformer and (1) 2500 KVA ground-mounted transformer to (3) 3000 amp Square D panel boxes.

3-unit Marley cooling towers rated at 4278 gallons per minute at 90 degrees accompanied by 2 Trane central vac water chiller compressors.

Office Facilities

5,000 square foot modern air-conditioned office facility consisting of 12 private offices, large conference/training room, Engineering & drafting room-highlighted by 2’ x 4’ acoustical drop tile, 9’ ceilings with 4’ tube, 2’ x 4’ fluorescent lights with light diffuser panels. Painted sheet rock walls and 12’ x 12’ vinyl tile floors. There is an additional conference room, first aid room with toilet and lavatory on the second floor.
